The first Monday in the new year brought a lot of snow last night, with and with it two guests to join us this morning; John Couthino the DEL City EMA Director and Donnie Wright the City of Muncie Street Superintendent. Steve is talking about what you want to know, what you need to know! How are the roads, and what else should we be expecting in the weather? Updates from our very own Paul Poteet!
