What if buying a home could immediately save you thousands?
Lucious Connor from Viking Realty joined us on Delaware County Today to explain how his unique, community-focused model has already saved local homebuyers over $600,000 this year—and he’s aiming for $1 million in savings by year’s end.
Here’s how it works: Instead of keeping his commission, Lucious sends it directly to your mortgage company after closing, paying off months or even years of your mortgage—then lets you pay him back over time with zero interest. That’s real savings for real people.
A $600 payment on a mortgage could save over $4,300 in interest—far more than most investment returns.
“I have a passion for helping people move past the mac-and-cheese and ramen days. We want everyone to own a home—and we’ve built a system to make that happen,” Lucius told Steve Lindell on WMUN.

“Every strong community has a strong press. That’s what we’re trying to do with WMUN. It’s a place for people to understand what’s taking place in the community. It’s a place for leaders in the community to talk about things. It’s a place for different voices in the community to bring up questions or concerns. That is something that’s been missing for some time,” J. Chapman.
