Appears the bottom line here is the Mayor perhaps knowingly mislead the public by stating the tax revenue generated from the project would be used to help fund services like fire and police. When in truth it will go back to the Muncie Redevelopment Commission. Which the mayor is the acting director of the commission. A little misleading to the public and makes plan B getting the MRC approval less than transparent.
