Of course Ryan Webb declined to be interviewed or speak on air regarding this issue. Anyone who knows anything about Mr. Webb they understand this is a man who is simply going to far with his personal beliefs. He has a history of homophobic & transphobic posts on social media. This is simply embarrassing for all citizens of Muncie and there needs to be a movement to have him removed from City Council.
